Packaging requirements for PCBA processing

After all the processes of PCBA patch processing are completed, in order to ensure that the PCBA delivered to customers is in a complete and good state, special packaging is needed before delivery to prevent damage during transportation.
In the process of transportation, we need to pay attention to the following requirements:
1, packaging materials
PCBA is a fragile and easily damaged product, so it must be carefully packed with bubble bags, pearl cotton, electrostatic bags and vacuum bags before transportation.
2, anti-static packaging
Static electricity will break through the chip in PCBA. Because static electricity is invisible, intangible and easy to generate, anti-static packaging must be adopted in the process of packaging and transportation.
3. Moisture-proof packaging
Before packaging, the surface of PCBA should be cleaned and dried, and three-proof paint should be sprayed.
4. Anti-vibration packaging
Put the packed PCBA into the anti-static packing box. When it is placed vertically, no more than two layers should be stacked upwards, and a baffle should be placed in the middle to keep it stable and prevent shaking.
