BQC TECH, a global leader in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing, has announced the official launch of its new factory in Batu Kawan Industrial Estate, Penang, Malaysia. The facility, located at PMT828, Persiaran Cassia Selatan 4, Taman Perindustrian Batu Kawan, 14110 Bandar Cassia, Pulau Pinang, is set to commence operations in March 2024. To mark the occasion, the company’s senior team will visit Malaysia and Southeast Asian customers, inviting partners to explore the new plant and discuss future collaborations.

The establishment of the Penang factory enhances BQC’s service capabilities in Southeast Asia, positioning the company within a key semiconductor and electronics manufacturing hub while reducing delivery lead times.

Advanced Production Technology

Outfitted with fully automated SMT production lines, an AI-driven vision inspection system, and a high-standard cleanroom, the facility supports high-precision PCBA production, from low-volume prototypes to large-scale manufacturing.

Commitment to Sustainability
The factory integrates green energy solutions and a recycled water system to align with BQC’s low-carbon manufacturing initiatives.

BQC will host several activities throughout March, including:
